How pre-orders work

March 19th

The ebook and paperback are released on my website. Pre-order the book from me and you'll receive the ebook on March 19th and our printers will begin printing and shipping the paperback on this date.

If you order multiple paperback books from me at the same time as the Game of Thorns paperback, our printers will hold your order and ship all the books together after March 19th. If you would like your other books to arrive sooner, please order them separately. 

April 2nd

This is the Amazon release date. If you pre-order the ebook on Amazon it will be sent to your Kindle on this day. The Amazon paperback will be available to buy on April 2nd.
